Discovery time
Last two Fridays i.e. on 1 st September 2017 & 8 th September 2017, we had discovery sessions in the classrooms of Kowhai team (Year 0 and Year 1). During discovery time, children are offered various activities to choose from in different classrooms. They can choose the activities they wish to do first and thereafter they can either stay there for the whole session or can move to another classroom for a different activity. On 1 st September, they had activities like floating and sinking (Room 27), making paper chain snakes, Father’s day cards, pop up cards, dancing and go noodle.
